Sky has a long history of foot pain and hind limb lameness.  He is also a windsucker and his owner suspects he has gastric ulcers based on clinical signs.  Currently, Sky receives a feed supplement formulated to support a healthy gastric environment.  His owner reports that Sky’s behaviour and temperament are much improved when he is fed the supplement. He is less inclined to bite when being tacked up and groomed, is less likely to buck when being ridden and is happier in himself.

Sky has completed 4 acupuncture treatments. After each session, his owner has reported an improvement in his temperament, he has been more relaxed and has been working well. Following his second treatment, the farrier reported that he had noticed a significant improvement in Sky whilst shoeing his hind feet.
